Vista Vs. Windows 7

I know there is a lot of talk out there about how bad Vista is and for the most part I agree. The new hip trend is to get a MAC but I think you will get more computer for the money if you wait and buy one that has the new Windows 7 on it. A few months back a friend gave me an early release candidate. Let me tell you I love it its a beta copy and it is so much better than windows Vista PC or my MAC mini. It will be worth the wait it is scheduled to be released on October 22.

Duplicate Email useing Outlook

One question I get a lot is "I am getting duplicate Email in outlook how do I fix this?"

This is a issue that is common with all versions of Outlook when POP3 is being used and you are not removing the Email from the server when you download it.

for most Clients go to Tools, Email Accounts, View or change existing accounts, select the account and click Change. Click the More settings button and look on the Advanced tab.

The other option is set your email client to use IMAP most providers have instructions on their sites

the other question is "what can I do to remove the duplicate email that I have in my Inbox?"

The best tool I have found is a tool made by www.mapilab.com it works well I had a customer with 17,000 it only took me about 20 minutes to remove them.
